Design enhancement: Make CTAs more visible within email notifications

From Jona: Can we make the widgets clickable in the event I can't scroll to the bottom for the CTA?

Adding to that... can we move the CTA up in the email (above the fold)? This will reduce issues of email providers clipping the email and CTA being possibly cut off. There are several emails to consider so we'll want to do an audit.
