Please see the below feedback from Michael King (Sage 100 DE) relating to the logic of currencies and base currency displayed in Connect:
1. If there is only the customer details transferred and no invoice/payment, in my opinion, the customers currency code should be used and not the base currency code. Otherwise the customer currency code makes no sense, because it's never read in the views.
(ok, that there is only the customer and no invoice or payment is exotical).
2. Aggregated values: In every invoice there is the "currency rate". And that should be the rate for calculating the amounts back to base currency. No other information is needed.
