Payment Type showing as Unknown

Feedback from partner on Sage 200.

Transactions / Customer Payments View - column for Payment Type shows as Unknown. Partner believes that this should show as wither Receipt or payment.

Their opinion was that the use of the word Unknown was unprofessional, can we change how this is displayed in Sage Connect.
